If I enable ‘Disable self hosted video and audio features’ in Performance, then when editing any page the following error message is displayed at the bottom of the page.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /www1/da7/www.xyz.net/web/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/audio-player/audio-player.php on line 537

Tried it on 2 different sites, same problem on each site.

    Hey zimbo,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

Did you upgrade the theme to version 4.3.1? The latest version contains the fix for this particular issue.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hello,

I have the same error. I get a 500 http error everytime I want to save a product page. See my topic Topic

Last upgrade 4.3.1 did not solve the problem for me.

This problem has not been fixed in 4.3.1 – I’ve just upgraded 3 sites and the issue is still there on all of them.

    @Ismael
    – I cannot upgrade one other site to 4.3.1 because of the problems caused by 4.3 removing the Combo Widget, which have not been resolved so far by your suggestions in this thread: – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/v-4-3-removed-deprecated-avia-combo-widget/

    Hi,

We reported the issue again to our developers, so they can review of it better.
    We would appreciate your patience.

I have the same problem after changing the siteurl of my website. Now I can not go live with the website, parts of the content are missing in the frontend and sometimes a 500 error appears. Also in the backend I can not reach the setting items from enfold anymore. So I can not change ‘Disable self hosted video and audio features’.

Can I reach this option in the database? Wich is the name?

    Or an other quick fix?

And I have no patience, I need to launch the site today.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi blende64,

Can you please check server log for error?

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Victoria

After I imported a backup several times, I had access to the backend and was able to uncheck the checkbox ‘Disable self hosted video and audio features’. Afterwards I was able to launch the website without any more problems. So I dont know, what exactly resolved the problem but I am quite happy now. I would recommend other users of enfold, do not use the checkbox ‘Disable self hosted video and audio features’ yet.

    kind regards
