Hi,
I inserted the zip file of Enfold on a website, is shows it is uploaded but the working area stays empty. If I click on Enfold in the left menu, the basic options show up. But the options are empty. I only see the word ‘Basic Options’ but there is nothing below.
How is this possible?Thank you in advance,

You are using a very old version of the theme, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.3) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
