Hello,
I have 2 main problems with my website which uses Enfold and I have to say that I never had problems this bad.
1. The search engine is not working properly, it keeps offering the same answer, no matter what is searched.
2. The thumbnail pictures, which used to be one size are now in different sizes
3 Every time that WordPress does an update, it creates problems and changes in the website (they generally end up being temporary) but it is extremely annoying!PLEASE HELP!!!
Or I might have to go to Sola Solew, where they don’t have problems or at least very few.

I updated to the latest theme version and it did not solve the problems.

The thing is that if I have to backdate the website I will be loosing information that I already posted and I have absolutely no assurance that the problem won’t persist.
Every time we have to update, it creates havoc.
If I backdate to a time and place where and when my website worked well and choose not to update at all,
would that solve my problem or create completely new ones?

1. The Search problem is easy to find, any search you do will bring the same results and have nothing to do with what you searched (try searching by product numbers exp: 700, 870, 950…
2. The size of the thumbnails problem can be found in many pages, here are just one or two examples:

b. http://kapro.com/product/883g-prolaser-3d-lines/

Thanks, I was able to login, can I ask, when you speak of the search results, do you mean the dropdown, or the results? Because in my tests the results result in not found for random searches, but the dropdown seems to offer the best available results, even with no direct match.Best regards,

Neither search works when you look for a specific product.
The dropdown used to give results matching the search or at least close to.

It’s like it’s stuck.
I think I solved the problem of the different sized thumbnails but I am really stumped with the search issue, I hope you can assist with it.

The WordPress search function is pretty simple / limited, have you considered trying a more advanced search plugin?Best regards,

Are you saying that the plugin is the problem? or that you don’t know why the search function isn’t working and I should try to download another search plugin?
In any case, I’ll try downloading another plugin and see if that solves the problem.

Hi,
Why are you searching for digits or numbers? The default WP search, which is what the theme is using, will compare the search keyword with the post title and content. Please use a plugin like Relevanssi or SearchWP.

One of the plugins was causing the issues.
