    Hi Support Team,

    the newest Enfold Theme crashed the Layer Slider feature. Only the short code [layerslider id=”3″] is visible on the page, but not the LayerSlider.

    How can I solve the problem?

    Hey freedos,

    Unfortunately, the Layer Slider needs to be added as the Advanced Layout Builder element, not as a shortcode at this time.

    Can you please try that?

    Hi,

    We’re not asking you to redesign it, we’re asking you to add the Layer Slider element to the page and show the slider using that method instead. Could you try that out please? If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Not my thread, but It works… and then after you add the element to a page, shortcodes work farther down on the same page.
