    hi guys,

    i get an error after updating one of my clients site: http://www.arteffekt.at/

    I copied the enfold theme files via filezilla on the webserver. now i have this message: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare av_countdown_events_fallback() (previously declared in /home/.sites/633/site513/web/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php:14) in /home/.sites/633/site513/web/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php on line 8

    Can you please help me out. thanks.

    i have copied all enfold files directly from envato via ftp over the old files. now i have the problems.

    and i use a enfold child theme. must i update the child theme? i do not think so???

    Hi,

    Please do not bump your won ticket it will push the ticket to the bottom of the queue.

    I tried to rename the enfold folder but it did not make any difference. It looks like a blank html file is showing instead of the WordPress site.

    Did you check your hosting settings? Please get in touch with your hosting company and make sure that the WordPress site is your default site.

    We only have uploaded all the new enfold files to the folder enfold. sorry for the bump – we in a little panic :) :)

    Hi diefleischerei,

    Please remove this file wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown.php , it has moved to another location.

    Hey Victoria, thanks a lot.

    Are there any changes sheduled fot the coming DSGVO in europe? for example the problem with the google fonts. will you be able to fix this?

    Hi!

    Yes, we will release a new version soon. There will be custom font uploading option so you will be able to serve fonts from your server.
