    On the frontpage color section I can’t upload any images. When I check existing images, I get a blank screen. Also uploading via de media menu https://mentalscope.nl/wp-admin/upload.php=blank. Blank screen happen also when e.g. I purge my cache in W3 total cach (recommende after update to 4.3). Problem is not update related. It might be that after moving to HTTPS, the problem started occurring but I’m not sure. Location of the files seems ok, so refer to HTTPS). Hope someone can help because I am really stuck.     Hey draadeind,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

     Also please give us ftp access, so we can enable error logging and check it further.

    It seems that it is something easier for them to help you out with it.

    The image problem had everything to do with hosting. Changed provider and everything is fine now. Thanks for your effort to help me!
