Hi guys,
i’m new, I bought your theme 24 hours! ago!
I inserted an easy slider with a video at homepage, before everything worked fine but now the video not goes into autoplay … the settings are right. How do I solve it?
Another question, this concerns support. If i have a problem, it’s not possible write directly to the developers, in private?
I don’t understand if is impossible or if I don’t find it…Thanks in advance.

BasilisApril 23, 2018 at 10:17 pm #945582Hello, thanks for the reply.
Practically as soon as I put the video in the easy slyder, the video started in autoplay. Then I changed the size, and the video not goes more in autoplay. So I tried to change the size of the slider again and put the previous one back hoping that the video would start on autoplay, but this did not happen. In addition to this problem, I found another one, in the my “3D” page on my site, I put a pre-set advanced layer, the 3D fish, just changing only the text layer. I noticed that with google chrome browser the slyder is not displayed, instead on safari and mobile yes. What can you depend on?
Thanks for now, I await news.
April 25, 2018 at 11:27 am #946526Hi,
Thank you for the update. The video autoplayed when I checked the page. Is this fixed?
We found these errors on the 3D page.

Please disable the plugins temporarily and check the page again. If you have the time, please update to version 4.3.

April 27, 2018 at 10:29 am #947791Hi guys, I have not received your news …
From yesterday the situation has changed, now the website sometimes “appears” on Firefox and mobile browsers, but it loads more slower than before. With the browser chrome there are still problems … the website remains in “loading”.
On safari browser it is very slow and the “contact” page does not load… Something is wrong. Can you take a look?April 28, 2018 at 3:49 pm #948380Hi zibbaldone,
Please refrain from bumping or replying to your own thread because it gets pushed back to the end of the queue and moderators won’t be able to provide a response immediately. Please be patient while we go through the rest of the queue. Thank you for your understanding.
Can you disable caching and minification for now?

VictoriaApril 28, 2018 at 5:34 pm #948415Hi,
so I have to disable the plugin w3 total cache and Automatize plugin? Or are your theme settings?
In case you could tell me which ones are please?
To avoid mistakes, could you do it, please?I’m not an expert, unfortunately….
Your update should increase performance in speed, for now, besides the fact that the Chrome browser does not optimally display the site(most of all the page “contatti”), there have been no improvements.
I hope you can solve the problem as soon as possible, thanks!May 1, 2018 at 6:20 am #949357Hi,
The site is loading properly on my end and the video autoplays. Please try to remove the browser cache prior to checking the page.

IsmaelMay 1, 2018 at 10:59 am #949474Hi,
to remove browser cache it was the first thing I did a week ago when the problem started.
It does not happen only in my pc station, but in different locations, in different cities especially with chrome browser. Performance in speed has decreased after update, so there must be some mistakes. In Safari and Firefox the website is more fast.
However, can you tell me please some precautions for to have better performance?
For the moment, i enable a gzip compression, i installed plugin like total cache W3and Autoptimize, i have active a cloudflare.
What else can I do?
Thanks.May 3, 2018 at 11:13 am #950656Hi,
Is there any chance that network in those places are slow? Site loads properly on our end. Could you provide a screenshot of the site on Chrome? Please upgrade to version 4.3.1. It contains a specific fix for the “videos” and “404” pages.
Best regards,
IsmaelMay 3, 2018 at 1:37 pm #950757Hi guys, the network is not slow… however, the last time i update the theme, i had a trouble with my website, so can you close this tread sioi can open a new tread in case there were problems with the new update?
Because possibly the website does not work anymore, I would need fast assistance, with a new tread you could see my request first.
Ok?
The website is very important for my business, I can not afford to keep the website inoperative for 2 or 3 days …
Obviously I hope to update and have problems :)PS: how do you open a new tread?
May 3, 2018 at 1:40 pm #950760ops.. * and NOT have problems :)
May 4, 2018 at 11:23 am #951539Hi zibbaldone,
Can you disable caching and minification for now? And update the theme to 4.3.1? Like Ismael said, the video issue is resolved there.
Best regards,
VictoriaMay 4, 2018 at 2:21 pm #951677Hi guys,
I did everything, but the situation has not changed. I have also purged the cache on the website and on the browsers.
The video on the homepage does not even start with firefox, i also disabling all the plugins (after the tests I have reactivated them otherwise the site becomes even slower). Also, sometimes the webstite do not load all the elements of the pages, but if I update again the pages are fix …
Sometimes the pages open quickly, other times the loading icon remains and the page does not load.
Trying to update again, the page starts correctly.
Sometimes the site loads well without problemsO.o.
For me,, the problem is that a new customer must see the website optimally from the first time he clicks on it. If they wait too long for the page to open, change website.
At this point, I no longer care about the issue of autoplay, I can also remove the video in home possibly, the thing I ask you now is another: I’m not sure you have set well the “performance” section of the theme options. Can you check please?
May 6, 2018 at 5:31 pm #952348Nothing changed, however best regard too..

Let us know if it helps. Don’t forget to toggle the css and js compression afterwards.
Best regards,
