    Hi There!

    I have 5 enfold wordpress site. There are 2 of them which have issue with admin login. I can’t login. When I try to login only white screen shown up. Only solution if I chnage the theme folder name before login, after I login I have to renem the folder name.

    What is the solution?

    Hey Daniel-88,
    Did you happen to update the theme before this occurred? If so did you update via FTP?
    After you renamed the theme folder so you could login, did you try disabling your plugins?
    Is your webhost using PHP v7? Not v7.2

    After checking the plugins and PHP version, if this doesn’t help, Can you please include a admin login to one of the sites with FTP access in the private content area so we can take a closer look.

    Hi Mike!

    We have to transfer websites to another host. 3 of 5 website work fine but rest of 2 website have problem with login. Same enviroment of 5 website.
    Yes I can login after change theme folder name like this: “theme-2”.

    PHP version: 5.6.33
    If I turn off the enfold theme it works. If I turn off all plugins it doesn’t work.

    For security reason please tell me what files or data need from server.

    We need access to the installation so we can check around, not a specific file.
    Can you please also update php version?

    Hi Basilis,

    I updated the php version to 7 and it works. The only problem the webhost where my wordpress sites are there are another site what needs php 5.6 version. Do you any ide how to fix without change php version?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately not sure and it would take a lot of time to get a reply back for that or even a fix.
    Best is to keep updated php versions, same as WordPress does.
