I use a plugin with a custom post type. To use the Layout Builder for this type, I followed these instructions:
    https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/use-the-layout-builder-with-any-post-type/

    This also works perfectly.

But if I created the post with the Avia Layout Editor, the headline and the post image are missing on the page when it is displayed.

I just ran another test. Is it possible that this has nothing to do with Custom Post Type?

When I create the blog post with the default editor, a heading is displayed. When I create the post with the advanced avia editor, it doesn’t show a big headline. Why is this so? Is there a way to set this up?

Only the question with the picture remains open. The checkbox “Don’t display image on single post” is also missing for a custom post type.

    Hi,

It has nothing to do with your CPT, this is the default behaviour when using the Layout Builder for posts. You will have to add everything to the post manually using the builder. You can get around this by switching to the default editor once you are ready to save though.

Okay thank you. That’s what I thought.

And what is the checkbox “Don’t display image on single post” for if everything has to be inserted manually anyway?

If the post is created with the Avia Layout Editor, I haven’t noticed any effect of this checkbox.

    Hi,

That is correct, that option will only apply if you are using the default WordPress editor.

How can I hide this checkbox so that editors are not confused?

    Hi,

You can hide it with CSS that can be added to the admin panel.
If you need help with that customization please consider to hire someone to help you out with it./

    Best regards,
