    Hello Kriesi Support Team,

    we have redesigned our website with your great theme Enfold.

    However when we moved everything from the sub-domainwe have create for trying and testing to our top level domain, we now have a small problem. On the subdomain all external links will open in a new tab, on the top level domain, however they are openend in the same tab.
    We have the same plug-ins active an checked all options if they are the same.

    Also checking the links in the html source they are created with the following html

    We can not find a solution for this.

    Hey ssmgmbh,
    I believe that you do want your links to open in a new tab, and I see you are using “target _blank” is this error site wide or just one page?
    Can you please include a admin login in the private content area for the site with the error, so we can take a closer look.

    Hi Mike,

    this behaviour is site wide. We also noticed that it is also not possible to force an external link to open in new tab (CTRL+Click), it only works with internal links.

    We also have included login information for the site.

    Hi,
    Thank you for that, but that was not the issue. I found that the issue is the plugin “Google Analytics Germanized” if you deactivate it the links work correctly, please try.

    Thank you for the quick help. Yes, the plugin was “Google Analytics Germanized”. I removed it, it works again.
