Widget Not saving

I have four columns on the bottom footer and have two issues:

1) I am trying to add a button into a text widget on the last column (the fourth widget) to have a button link and have been using code

[av_button label='SUBSCRIBE TO OUR NEWSLETTER & INVITATIONS' link='page,3797' link_target='' size='large' position='center' icon_select='no' icon='ue800' font='entypo-fontello' color='custom' custom_bg='#a0b395' custom_font='#ffffff' admin_preview_bg='']

This saves Ok on the widget but when I goto the website it defaults to an archive list and on returning to the back end the text widget has disappeared. i have also tried this on the HMTL widget and same thing happens. Please can you help.

2) Instagram feed widget also does not seem to work either
