My webhoster DLogic.nl has installed your Enfold Theme on my website. He has bought the theme and I do have the purchase code but when I try to register for the support, I get the error that that code is already in use with another user, obviously.
Can I still create an account for your support? How do need to handle.
It’s regarding http://www.goosgrafisch.nl wich is temporary hosted here http://testuweigenwebsite.nl/goosgrafisch/
The person who registered/downloaded/installed the theme is Dave Boden of DLogic.nl

GuestWow that’s quick! Thanks for that. Alltought DLogic has his own account with mulitple websites and that should stay thay way. Please, can you change it back and create another account for me. Is it possible to transfer the purchase code to my account? Thanks again. BR Jolanda Goos

It is not possible to create two accounts with one purchase code as each domain requires a new license.
If DLogic registered using your purchase code, maybe he could give you a purchase code from his other websites? Also, since i already replaced it with your email, i cannot retrieve the previous one. If you know it, could you please share?Best regards,

The other purchchase codes are linked with other websites. I can’t use one of those.

I downloaded the theme/purchase code at my own Theme Forrest account. I just created a own account and already send out my issues.
