Firstly, Enfold is a stunning piece of work, well done to all.

I have added Enfold to an existing site, loaded a demo that I liked and modified it from there. The problem I am having is the archive page display of featured images. See this image: http://retaillabs.com.au/layout-problem.JPG

The original blog pages have the image displayed in full, scaled to fit. The ones I modify and add new images to since adding Enfold, are LARGE and cropped, why is this and how do I fix it please?

    Hi,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

Did you set that particular page as blog page? If you did, please set the Blog Layout > Blog Layout settings to “Use the advance layout builder… “. Edit the page, switch to the advance layout builder, insert the Blog Posts element and then set the Preview Image Size settings to the second option. Select the “No Scaling” thumbnail from the list of custom preview image sizes.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

OK that works if I look at the BLOG page, but if I look at a category, it does not, I get what looks like a default layout?

I have tried another option using the Masonry layout and really like it, however I get this UGLY section at the bottom, how do I remove it please??

See Problem Here and look at bottom of page notice ugly black area.

    Hi,

Did you add a tab element below the masonry element? Please provide the login details in the private field so that we could check the page.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

I’m not sure what generates that tab yet. It doesn’t seem to come from the theme based on the html code. Did you modify any of the theme files? Please deactivate the plugins temporarily.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

No I never alter the theme files. I thought it related to the use of the Masonry module, but I have other pages using it that do not have this tab section at the bottom.

I then thought it may be because I had that page assigned to be the blog page, so I changed it, and still it makes no difference! I am lost for ideas at this point.

OK fixed it! When it was assigned as blog page, it changed and hid, the fact that the page template was ARCHIVE. Now that I changed the default blog page to another page, it shows the page template and I could now set it to Default Template.
