    Hi,

    all sites are blank/empty after 4.2.6 update installation.

    We will switch back to 4.2.4 from backup as soon as possible to make web running. What should we do to prevent the blank pages after update?
    We are using WPML plugin on our web. I could se some changes in 4.2.6 related to WPML as well as the WPML plugin changes itself…

    I’m getting the same problem! Did you get your site issue resolved?

    90% of my product pages just went blank. Currently running on an older child theme backup for our site http://www.battlebrothers.com. Hope to get his fixed soon as we have some big events approaching this month!

    No, not yet… I recovered my site from backup to Enfold template 4.2.4. and waiting for the answer…

    Roger. I haven’t been able to find other topics about this so I’ll keep you in the loop if I learn anything. Ver 4.2.7 is supposed to be out soon, any day now.

    Hey,

    Sorry for the inconvenience! Issue occurs on servers running PHP versions older than 5.6. You can either upgrade your PHP version to minimum 5.6 and preferably to 7.x or replace /wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/r389b5x4ippscyn/header.php?dl=0 to bring up backwards compatibility with older PHP versions.

    If that does not help, please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it
