I need to know something very important. In this reference site below, by rotating the scroll of the mouse it goes to a screen and goes from screen to screen when the mouse scrolls.
Note that by rotating the scroll changes the screen and the menu changes together.

Yes, it is possible. You can already create a single page website with the theme but the scroll effect is another thing. Unfortunately, this will require modifications that are beyond the scope of support. You should hire a freelance developer or contact our partner, Codeable.

The site is created with AngularJS so I don’t think you can implement the same scroll effect script for WordPress. The pages or sections are created and destroyed dynamically on scroll so it’s probably using routers. This is one of the scroll effect script dependencies.

I can’t find the actual script for the scroll effect because as I’ve said, it is created with AngularJS.
