    Good afternoon,

    I’m experiencing problems when saving a page. Sometimes once I’ve finished editing a page and I save it looses all the work I’ve done.
    I’ve tried searching for the same topic but I can’t seem to find a solution. The problem is that I need to start again editing and it seems to happen in all the pages.

    I’ve tried disabling all the plugins but still have the same issue.

    Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? I’m not really a coder so my knowledge is limited.

    Hi,

    I checked your site and tried to edit the page on which you are having a problem. I was able to edit the page content and save it without any issue.

    Could you specify what exactly did you try to change so we can try the same and see if we can reproduce the issue to help you better,

    Hi Vinay,

    I tried to add more colour sections. I’ve noticed that if I try to ass more colour sections it sometimes saves as blank.
    For example, in the menu section, if I try to add more colour sections with more menu catalogs it ends up crashing. It might be something that I’m doing wrong.

    Hi Richard,

    Thanks for the feedback, this usually happens when there is open html markup on the page. For instance if you forgot to close a strong tag or something like that. Could you check if there might be a tag you have forgotten to close somewhere?

    This might be the reason why I was having the problem. It’s highly probable that I left tags open.
