RikardApril 9, 2018 at 3:26 pm #939264The Enfold contact form has never worked for me. I ended up using the Contact Form 7 plugin. Too bad we have to install an extra plugin for this.
April 9, 2018 at 7:04 pm #939355Hi there,
Thanks for input, turns out contact form in Enfold is not sending out, it previously did.
The Contact Form 7 works but is sending out to Spam folder. Do you know what I can do about this? I would prefer to use the Enfold forms as all my forms are already set using the Enfold Forms.
thanks
April 10, 2018 at 8:12 am #939687Hi,
Which particular contact form doesn’t work? I tested the contact form in the “Write to us” tab and it seems to be working properly.

Me either couldn’t solve the problem. Our contact form does not working properly as well. How to fix it?
Regards.

April 10, 2018 at 1:28 pm #939853@Ismael: The Enfold contact form looks like it’s working on the front end, but in fact, it isn’t sending any letters. I checked the server mail logs as well, and it isn’t sending anything to the server.
Contact Form 7 works perfectly though, so this is an error with Enfold’s contact form.April 12, 2018 at 12:32 am #940710Hi,
Can you please send us a link to your phpinfo file, so we can see if the proper php functionality is enabled?

BasilisApril 12, 2018 at 9:50 am #940830Sure, please find it below.
The enfold contact form works for me on another website, same server, different cpanel though, so there might be different settings.
Thanks for looking into it!
TomApril 13, 2018 at 12:53 pm #941465Hi,
Thank you for the update. Did you check your spam folder? Have you tried to setup a SMTP specific to your domain? Please ask your hosting provider for the SMTP configuration for your domain and then use one of the following plugins.
// https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
// https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/If it doesn’t work, please provide the FTP and WP login credentials so we could check the issue further.
Best regards,
Ismael -
