    Hi i’m new in Enfold, just installed.
    So, when i try to do something with the page builder, and than i save the page, it’s doesn’t save the page correctly. The pages lost some element during saving.

    its impossibile to work in this way, I tried to install the theme again via FTP, via wordpress but nothing works.

    please resolve it asap, not working things are disheartening to buy

    based on Aruba linux hosting, php version 7.1.11

    Hey studioeleven11,

    Thanks for the login details. On which page are you having this problem? It’s likely due to open html markup in your content, so please look for anything like that just before the builder starts breaking:

    <strong>Bold text closed properly</strong>

    Hi Rikard, the porblem is on every page.
    I’ve tried closing all HTML tags, the problem is the same.

    Please create a new page and try to build it whit different element, try to save and look .

    It’s doesn’t crush every time, I think only when you try to add media contents o something like map, form ecc.
    Check the “home” page previous backups , the deleted item was deleted from itself

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, I created a test page (in private) but I can’t reproduce the problem. Do you know of a sure way to reproduce it?
