    Hi there,

    When updating from 3.8 to 4.2.6 my website becomes unavailable and I get the following error: http://prntscr.com/j1mgbt on the front-end and https://prnt.sc/j1lxpj when trying to log into the dashboard.

    I have put 3.8 back again and all is working fine.

    My login credentials are in the private box.

    Hey patthai,

    Thanks for the screenshots and sorry for the problems. Could you try to completely remove the theme folder via FTP, and then upload a fresh copy from your Themeforest account to see if that helps please?
