The website is working and looks ok.You can optimize images used for the slider and/or use a caching plugin to cache them.

the initial loading time is very long, f. ex.
And i wonder if the structure is accurate enough to be ranked well by google.
I often receive posts in which the sender claims the structure (obviously to offer support for money, of course)best regards

This isn’t really web programming to be honest with you, it’s more configuration of your server etc. If you need to translate the Pingdom suggestions then you can use Google Translate for instance, it usually works for me when someone posts in a language I don’t understand here on the forum :-)
