    Enfold builder product purchase button not working with variable products, states products out of stock, and can not be ordered. Some versions of the product are in stock, all available on back order. But still – out of stock, can’t order.

    Please assist, thank you!

    Hey butiken_ipsc,

    Sure, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi,

    I checked some products and i can see that your variations are not setuped to have stock, so that is why that is the option! :)

    You do need to look a bit better on your setup.

    Well yes and no =) there was one variation/ item in stock, now changed all variations to 1 in stock and set price and in stock status.Purchase button still states products out of stock, and can not be ordered.

    I copied the product page, turned enfold builder off, works.

    When logged in compare http://www.ipscbutiken.se/produkt/trijicon-rmr-kopia/ with enfold page http://www.ipscbutiken.se/produkt/trijicon-rmr/

    Same product/variations setting, same stock levels different purchase button function.

    This is already fixed in the latest version of Enfold (4.3).
    The latest version also includes performance features, for more information please check our changelog:
