    Hello all,
    I have some problem with last enfold update (think so) on some single product of our store.
    Php 7.1
    enfold 4.2.6
    I don’t understand why some products (wich differs from some text from others that are working) break down like this.
    There are no message in php error logs, no wordpress debug log created in wp-content/ (wp-config modified as you requested in a thread concerning).

    Hey sisgroupsrl,

    Did you try to disable all plugins except WooCommerce to see if one of them is causing the problem? If that is not the case then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I haven’t seen that error before though so I’m not sure what is causing it. I can see that you have two identical versions of the theme installed though, could you try deleting one of them please?

    Second inactive theme is in a subdir (old_theme). I have done this because I have uploaded a fresh Enfold install.
    Deleted now the ol one error is the same.

    Solved in an empirical way.
    Created one product from scratch, testing for each information added.
    What I find is that if short description is empyt I have this eror 500, only need to add one comma to solve…
    but, why is this happening?

    Hi,

    That seems like a weird issue, can you give us ftp access? so we can try to enable debug logs and check further.

    Unfortunatly ftp access is unique and shared, I’m not able to create a new one or other.
    Debug options were altought activated but no message appear during the error.
    The workaround is working but I don’t understand what caused that…
