Hi. I cannot post on your support forum because I cannot get my purchase code as my website is down. I’ve just updated to the latest version and now get a 500 error code. these are the last lines in the log.

Sorry for the problems. Could you try to remove the entire theme folder via FTP, and then re-upload a fresh copy to see if that helps?

1. What will happen to all of my customization’s?
2. Where do I get a fresh copy from?
Interestingly I’ve got it working with an old zip file I found on our website. It’s running version 4.0.2
I checked for updates and got this message “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.0.2)”
the previous version I was running was Enfold, Version: 4.2.6

4.2.6 is the latest version and you can download that from your Themeforest account.
