    Hi,

    I used the “duplicator” plugin in order to copy my website from my old server to my new one, and since then, when I try to edit a page or a post (in the new version of the website), the avia layout builder doesn’t load. I have an infinite loading animation instead of my page structure & blocks.

    I tried several solutions found on the support and elsewhere, but none of them worked, could you help me solve my problem please?

    Hey marinouze,

    Thanks for the login details. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.6) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hey,

    Yay! Thank’s for the documentation, I realized I had put the wrong username (I had put my first + last name instead of the username I use to login to my themeforest account)! So I changed it and saw there was indeed a new version, problem solved! Thank’s a lot!
    PS: what is odd is Enfold didn’t tell me I had the wrong username, and with that username it said that my theme version was ok and there was no new releases…

    Hey again,

    I can access my content via the avia layout builder now, and that’s great, but I just noticed something I didn’t have on my previous version : I have several links “Section content hidden. Click here to show it” in my pages… I don’t know what they are as they don’t seem to match any item in front office… and when I click on them, nothing happens… (for example, one of the link’s url is https://www.coiffure-christele-extensions.fr/wp-admin/post.php?post=206&action=edit#)

    Do you know what they could be? Thank you in advance

    Hi marinouze,

    Maybe you need to check them to display in the screen options?
    Or what sections do you mean? Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?
