    Hey all,

    I have a fresh install of WP and the Enfold theme (which I just purchased and downloaded a few hours ago), on a new server and every time I activate your theme I get a 500 error that takes down the entire site.

    I followed the steps you provided in all of the other threads (e.g. updating the header file, increasing the php memory, renaming the htaccess file and switching the permalink settings, made sure I wsa using php7, etc…) to no avail.

    Any idea when you plan on getting this fixed or how I can go about fixing this now.

    Hey tannerwoodworth,

    Can you give us temporary admin access and ftp access? so we can try to debug and check further. Just post the details in private content so it can only be seen by you (thread creator) and the moderators.

    Hey Nikko,

    My apologies, I should have came back in and closed this once I figured it out. After looking into it a bit further I see that a few files got lost when I uploaded it via FTP, once I uploaded it through WP itself it seemed to fix the issue.
