    I forget password and username, when i follow instruction i found nothing send to my email I purchase enfold theme in 2017 between August and September, can you help me please.

    Hey Khaled,

    If you have access to cpanel you can check the WordPress config via FTP, try to access the database and create new user for WordPress or check the email for the user you remember.

    I have the enfold already and i’m really enjoy work with it , only what i need i to update theme :
    Your Themeforest API Key (???) because i can’t login, because i don’t remember, sometimes your busy and forget important thinks, so i hope you can find my information when i purchased the theme.

    Theme Updates
    Once you have entered and saved your Username and API Key WordPress will check for updates every 12 Hours and notify you here, if one is available

    Your current Theme Version Number is 4.1.2
