I have a problem with the mobile version, the mobile site navigation: it seems to have some active plugin with advertising. Each time a button or link is clicked, it opens a new ad page that I can not identify from where it is.
Thank you.
March 28, 2018 at 10:24 pm #934587Hey javiergl,
Have you tried disabling all active plugins to see if this issue resolves. Also, are you sure this is not some kind of malware within your browser and not the theme?
Best regards,

Malware should not be because it happened on several mobiles with different browsers. I think it’s some theme plugin, but I do not know which one. There are previous reports for this?

No previous reports. Have you disabled 3rd party plugins?

Jordan ShannonMarch 28, 2018 at 10:59 pm #934614Hey Jordan,
Só há instalados esses três plugins. O único plugin instalado por mim foi o Contact Form 7. Você acha melhor desinstalar os três e fazer testes?

Yes, if the issue continues, just re-activate them.

Jordan ShannonApril 6, 2018 at 2:01 pm #938262Unfortunately the probleme persists after having disabled all the plugins. We have also discovered that this inconvenience is being presented, not only in the mobile version, but also in several PC browsers. Even if you click on any button (link) there is a redirect to a new browser page with advertising and such.
Please check the site and its links. The site link in production will be described in the “private content” field.

But will I lose all the settings made?
Many changes have been made. When updating the theme files will not I miss all the customization?Should not this update be made via the WORDPRESS panel?
April 10, 2018 at 12:33 am #939469Hi,
You can make the update either way. You settings and customizations will be retained as they are within the database itself.

when trying to update the theme, the following message appears: “Attention: Any modifications made to the Theme Files will be lost when updating. a theme backup. Your backend settings, posts and pages will not be affected by the update. ”I still do not understand. How to update the theme without losing the changes made via panel?
