    Hi,

    We have a webshop called ‘https://www.ironingboardcover.eu’. On the first webpage you can see some products.
    When you click on one of the products, normally you’ll go to a specific product.
    But now you only see one black screen.

    Can you help me with this problem.

    Have you tried disabling all other active plugins to see of this issue resolves?

    I tried some of the plug-ins. But that doesn’t help.
    I think it’s something in WooCommerce. I can’t deactivated that plug-in, because I need it.
    Have you some other tips?

    This morning I changed the product gallery from ‘Default Enfold product gallery’ into ‘WooCommerce 3.0 product gallery’. The black screen is gone now, but the products are showing very, very big.

    Thank you for the update. We disabled product gallery related modifications in the functions.php and style.css file. Please let us know if that helps.
