    I set up a development site with a fresh copy of Enfold, and for some reason the Fullwidth Easy Slider isn’t showing up at all (should be the top section) and all buttons on the main page aren’t formatted properly.
    I’ve tried: clearing my browser cache, deactivating all plugins, removing and rebuilding the slider and buttons, deleting and reinstalling Enfold 4.2.6 (twice), deleting and reinstalling the Enfold Child Theme (twice), and re-updating WordPress 4.9.4. The slider and buttons appear correctly in the page preview, but not in Chrome, Firefox or IE.
    Is there some reason these elements wouldn’t appear properly?

    The preview of the slider and buttons appears correctly, but when I view the public page, the slider doesn’t show up at all, and the button styling is incomplete.

    Hi,

    Did you update the theme manually via FTP? Please check if there are duplicated shortcode files inside the config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes folder. If you have the time, try to delete the whole directory then replace it with the latest version.

    I did upload the theme via FTP, but there were no duplicated files in config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes. I just deleted and replaced it with a fresh download, but the problem is still there. Is there anything else I can try?

    The html for the slider is there on the page, but it does not show.

    Could you please enable the Advanced Layout Builder debug mode. Here is how to do it: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

    I added the debug mode code to functions.php as instructed, but no errors were detected, and the slider and buttons still aren’t working upon viewing pages. I tried setting up a test page with just a Fullwidth Easy Slider and a button, and they still don’t appear correctly.

    Are there any other tools I can try to get this problem fixed? I included FTP credentials and links to the test page preview (appears correctly) and test page view (incomplete) in private content.

    Thank you for the info. The builder was not rendering properly because of the button label.

    We removed the arrow or greater than symbol. That particular symbol breaks the html code.
