Hi,
My slider (media elements (slider-full-screen / partner-logo)) don ‘t showing anymore on my pages.

If you recently updated enfold theme to 4.2.6 and get an HTTP 500 error here is what you should do to resolve this issue:
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Update the PHP version being used by your hosting server to PHP 7 by getting in touch with your hosting company.

At first ! get a error 500 but after following the action on your support page it works again only the slider is not working.

You probably need to check or uncheck adding products via ajax to the cart.

This solution is was not working for the slider, so I have downgrade my WordPress to version 3.4.1. and now the slider is working fine.
The only problem I now have is that I cannot access my admin page! And also when I order something my cart page is not working.Can you help me with those problems?

I checked your site via ftp and tried to disable the theme and the plugin but it did not make a difference.
Reverting the theme has caused some conflict and it can only be resolved by a fresh install of WordPress. But there is a possibility it might work if you restore it to the latest version when you were able to access the backend. Once you get access to the backend it will be easy to resolve other issues.
Please restore the site to when you were able to access the backend and let us know. We will help you resolve any issue related to the theme :)
