    We bought the new Enfold theme, but it seems very-very slow…

    Could you please help us?
    With this speed we are afraid of using the new site…

    Thanks for that, your site seems to load fine and fairly quickly on my end though. How did you come to the conclusion that your speed problems are due to the theme you are running?

    We see fairly slow loading time, until 10-20 sec a user can see only the white screen…

    This slow loading always appears at the first visit.
    From the second visit, the loading speed is ok: 3-4 sec.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, though I can’t reproduce those results. Once I have put in the htaccess login details, then it loads within a few seconds. I would like to test it with a tool but that is not possible since the site is password protected.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the fast reply:-), we removed pemranently the password, so you can check with your tool the site.
    If you give an email adress I can send you the printscreens about the loading times (F12).
    Our old page loads ~6-7 sec with an old enfold theme, and our new page loads ~25-30 sec with the new enfold theme.

    What is important, the slow loading always appears at the first visit (if you cold start your computer /not from sleeping/).
    From the second visit, the loading speed is ok: 3-4 sec.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, you can see a full run-down of what is loading and for how long in the link in private. 2.3 seconds is pretty good in my opinion, but if you want to speed up your site then you can find useful information in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/seo-google-page-insights-blocking-rendering-ressources-above-the-fold/

    If you need someone to help you out then I would recommend a service like SteadyWP.

    Hi, we moved to an other server, but in Firefox the ENFOLD theme still loads exremly slow.
    Only the first loading is very slow, 24-26 sec!
    And before 24 sec you can not see any content! That is extremely bad…

    From the 2nd loading the speed is moderate 3-5 sec.

    Do you know about any similar issue?

    Hi a1sagi,

    Loading websites is not browser specific, did you check on a different machine or network?
