    Error message appears on my website

    Oops! Something went wrong.
    This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.

    Please advise on a solution to fix this.

    Enfold v 4.0.7
    WordPress v 4.9.4

    Hey solarhq,

    I do not see the page with the map and no errors in console. Can you please point us to the page where the issue is? Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Hi,

    Thank you for getting back to us. Please follow the below steps:

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Thanks for the follow up.

    I have since found a work around that actually works much better than the original Enfold widget.

    Google Maps

    You might want to redo the Enfold widget to make this process simple in the future.
