    hi – this looked like a mobile theme with the hambuger menu
    so i used it for a client
    and the main feature – the scrolling images with angles dont work on phone

    i checked forums theres one post that involve child themes and PHP

    im not using child theme or editing php
    is there no CCSS i can add to general settings box to display the image backgrounds on a phone

    if there isnt you should remove that USELESS mobile theme asap

    Image backgrounds can be shown, but they cannot be fixed.

    well none of those help because the whole feature of that template is the images dont move and scrolling page changes the colours. using parallax or scroll on section background ruins the effect

    if this template does not support fixed – and it is designed with hamburger menu to signify it is a mobile based theme – but the main feature doesnt work on mobile – it should be removed so other users do not waste their time and look like a fool in front of a client like i did

    Hi jamiegrant,

    Could you please give us a link to your website, we need more context to be able to help you.
    You can set your images to scroll and they will still look good on a mobile.

    hi,
    I’ve the same problem!
    I’ve loaded Visual Artist’s demo contents and there is a problem on background images in mobile visualization.
    Seeing my installation on desktop with Chrome and testing with Chrome dev tools the mobile visualization, it’s all fine and working in the right way, but when I try to see on a mobile device, tablet or mobile, the background images are show big and not scale in the right size.
    This happen in every browser I use, here there are Firefox, Opera, Edge and Chrome tests on Android mobile, but it’s the same an iPhone.
    Could you help me?

    Yes, we have read and tried it but it doesn ‘ t solve any problem.
    If the image isn’t “fixxed”, as you suggest in other threads, the content doesn’t work aswell and we lose the transation betweehn the 2 immages.
    I hope you gonna fix this problem asap.

    not using a child theme. not editing php files.

    PLEASE remove that demo from your demo sites page. It is presented as a mobile theme – using a hamburger menu – and it does not work on mobile – even your demo

    the entire cool thing about the template is the images stay and appear to change colour on scroll down – just how it works on the destop

    if you are unable to replicate this behaviour on mobile – you should remove it – so people dont look like fools in from of clients that they used this template for

    Hi,

    We are so sorry for the troubles that this issue may have caused you. Did you check the other demo? I’m sure you’ll find that they response properly on mobile view. This particular demo is indeed buggy on mobile view but it doesn’t mean that the theme is not responsive. Please note that there are certain options in the theme that can be used to toggle the elements’ display on different devices.

    You dont have to be sorry. Your Avia editor is amazing. It IS enfold. You should release Avia – comes with enfold.

    I was Net 1.0 – learned on notepad… to frontpage… to dreamweaver (hated dreamweaver)
    Expression Web? lost me… so i went wordpress – downloaded theme, stole themes! … then paid for themes

    went through a bunch of “fun” themes with stupid backends… then bought all the top themes. (Inovado / Xtheme (joke) and yours among others. Yours is the best. And all because it has the BEST editor – so you have nothing to be sorry about…

    But ya – that theme template is advertised as mobile – and doesnt work on mobile .. so… up to you guys :)

    Avia is amazing… even more so with quick option for B&W photos and avia option icons in ALPHABETICAL order… but i digress ;)

    good work – …. fix the theme and re-upload it… how hard can it be? seems there are php fixes …
    was a great DESKTOP template :)
