Hi, Endold support, I ask for an advice. I’m evaluating on my ecommerce to delete “categories product” in the url categories.
But, if I go into the permalink settings of wordpress under “product category” and I enter a point (.) to make this change, the new link produced is occupied by the photo of the category page.
    Example:
    https://mysite.com/categories/sciented-candles
I need to change url categories product in
    https://mysite.com/sciented-candles
but at this url I can see the image relative to that category.
Is there an Enfold setting for change this?
Is there an alternative way instead plugin to solve this issue?
    In private a true example
    Thank you.
    Best regards.

    Hey nuncer,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

I am not sure what you mean by . but you cant add an .
It is either blank or you need to add a 301 redirect.

Please do provide us access so we can check.

    Best regards,
    Basilis

    Hi,

That is the attachment or the actual page of the image. You should redirect the attachment page to the parent post or the home url. Use this plugin.

    // https://wordpress.org/plugins/attachment-pages-redirect/

    Best regards,
    Ismael
