    Hi,

I’ve got the weirdest problem… Google tag manager is not able to show gtm.linkclicks, i am not able to command+click an item on my website and on analytics everything is the same event. This really weird… it seems like the website is corresponding every link as a normal click…

Could you maybe help me out here…

    Thanx!

    Michael

    Anyone…?

Ok so…. Javascript is handling the clicks, not the browser’s default link-clicking behavior. Do you have any idea what is causing this? I tried all the plugins one by one… but it is not there. Please help me!

    Hi,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

Where did you implement the google trackers? The site is not loading at all. Is that the correct url?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Hi Victory, apart from all this… the main concern is hat Javascript is handling the clicks, not the browser’s default link-clicking behavior. So the command+click is not working ….

For instant… if i make the telephone click a _blank click (to a new page) then GTM will recoqnize it, so the main issue is that i am not able to cmnd+click the links.

    Hi,

What do you mean by “browser’s default link-clicking behavior”? Please be more specific. Which link are you referring to? Please provide a screenshot and the google tracker so that we can understand the issue better.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Ismael,

Thanx for your feedback. What i mean by “browser’s default link-clicking behavior” is that the browser is handling the clicks and not javascript handling clicks. This happens when i use a plug-in to implement GTM code. So something to check out. For now i fixed the issue…

    Thanx for your replys!

    Best, Mike
