    Have a look at our website the icons are not displaying as they should and as shown in the editor. This has happened since the last update.

    Yes see links, the icons seem to be disregarding the settings on the admin.

    Just as a precaution, have you attempted disabling all active plugins just to ensure there is no styling conflicts.

    No as no new plugins have been added since the problem started. The problem seems to have started with the last template update.

    This is still a suggestion as the recent update may now be in direct conflict with a plugin that it may have worked with prior. This is simply a matter to help us further isolate the exact issue even if it is with our theme.

    I have the same issue after the update. Icon boxes and buttons look stupid.

    The problem is now resolved, there was an issue with w3 total cache specifically the css minify setting needed to be disabled.
