    I have error: Importing didnt work!
    I looked through all the threads on the subject and did not help me.
    I am sending the access data below with a request for help in solving my problem.

    Thanks, it’s working now. Did you try to reset your installation and then try to the import again? If that doesn’t help then you could try importing the demo manually, you will find instructions in private.

    I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

    The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

    Did you try importing the xml data via WordPress > Tools > Import ?

    Hi,

    The login credentials are incorrect. Please, install a plugin like “WordPress Database Reset” and remove the existing demo data. Using this plugin will clear all the pages/posts and reset your site. Please try importing the XML file again and it should work for you :)

    Thank you for the credentials, I was able to login and check the site. I tried to import the data manually but it is not working because there are already some files there. Can we reset the data it will erase all the data on the site and import the XML file for you?

    I can try to import the Enfold 2017 Demo manually, but I will need FTP and admin access.
    The login above didn’t work for me. (ERROR: Invalid username)
    Please note you will lose all content with a manually install.

    I have manually imported the Enfold 2017 Demo, please see the Private Content area for your new login and password.
    Please create a new admin account and delete this temporary account. Also check and adjust all settings such as site title, permalinks, site email, etc.
