    Hi there,
    Any event that starts at 10 AM does not display on ECP week view. It shows on all other views except week view. I have an event called Test, and it starts at 10 AM. It displays correctly on all views (calendar, day, upcoming, photo) except on weekly view. The website address is below.

    And because of that, I have to schedule a real event (Ladies Tea Party) to 9:59 AM instead of 10 AM as start time so it will be displayed in week view.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hey Susan,
    Sorry for the late reply, I see that the “test” event for 3-17 has the style:

    height: 180px; top: -365px; visibility: visible; opacity: 1;

    which places it off the screen, while the 9:59 event has the style:

    height: 121px; top: 119px; visibility: visible; opacity: 1;

    placing it on the screen.
    It is odd that “test” & “test 2” are the only one to get the “top: -365px” placement.
    I see in the plugins above you are not using any cache or minify plugins?
    Please try disabling your other plugins as this could be a conflict, or it could be a error with the Events Calendar PRO, perhaps they have seen this issue on their support forum.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

    Before I opened the support request to you and MT, I tested it by deactivating all my plugin except Events Calendar Pro and Enfold and this problem persists.

    I appreciate you looking into this. You have defined the problem. Hopefully MT is willing to look at the problem from your findings.

    Thanks again Mike!

    Hi,
    Sorry I have not found anymore on this issue, I can make many guesses but I have no evidence to back it up. I’m sure the first suggestion MT will have is to disable Enfold to see if the issue still occurs, can you try that?

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

    I informed MT about what you found and still waiting for their response.

    These two weeks are crucial that we have the church website up because it is the Lenten season. After April 1, I can do more testing by disabling Enfold child and test it.

    Would you be so kind to keep this thread open until then?

    Thanks!

    Hi,
    Yes we will keep this open, might I suggest that as this is a crucial time of year for you that you use the “9:59” technique for now. By the way, have you tried “10:01” or “10:10”?

    Best regards,
    Mike
