I have recently found on most of my websites using Enfold that google finds this URL as an Access Denied Error:
wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/
I think I need to deal with this in https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/crawl-errors
But what do I do with it? is it a 301 redirect?

You can add a 301 redirect yes. Google is not supposed to search there so feel free to block it yes.
