    As I mentioned in a previous thread my website has been loading WPOD since I updated enfold. I can’t access FTP in my cpanel to change the php version or access the file manager to change the header.php. I am fairly new to this and have never experienced any of this before, just looking for help to get the site and enfold template functioning properly again.

    Hey fottaviano89,

    I tried to modify your header.php via Appearance > Editor however I couldn’t make the change there and would need atleast ftp access, so we can access your files and make changes. If you’re having a hard time with ftp, can you give us cpanel access instead? just change the password after the issue is resolved.

    I contact the hosting company and the updated my php to version 5.6. This has solved the issue and my site is loading correctly again.

    Thanks for all the help, would have been lost without these boards.
