    Es könnte ein paar Gründe dafür geben, aber kann ich fragen, ob Sie Strato Webhost verwenden?
    Können Sie bitte einen Administrator-Login und FTP-Zugriff im Bereich für private Inhalte hinzufügen, damit wir genauer hinsehen können.

    There could be a few reasons for this, but can I ask if you are using Strato webhost?
    Can you please include a admin login and FTP access in the private content area so we can take a closer look.
