    Hello Kriesi-Team,

    if i type the button 1 text for example simple letter there is no problem.
    But if i type “>” i missing the picture complete
    Maby its a simple reason

    Please try to use this instead, just remove the spaces between the characters:

    & g t ;

    Hello Rikard, thanks this dont work… :-(
    first test with firefox wars fine, but after try mobile device and safari again the same result.

    with the avatar: i mean the profil picuture here in the forum :-)

    Hello Rikard, I have the error now installed again. in the second full picture slider. (i have 4 on the start page)
    Furthermore, the page is so slow. I have made sure that all images are optimized for the size. but it is not fast. you may like to have a look in the backend.da, it may just be faster to come to the solution. Many thanks to you

    I rechange . The problem are i copy your “>” to the pther project an then broken again.
    You fill in a code and displayed “>” ? Maby you can check again.

    if the html entitie does not work try the unicode dezimal
    see here: http://unicode.e-workers.de/entities.php
    for greater than > edit haha boardsoft will transfer directly to the signs: &#062 with ; behind ( the semicolon behind will make it)
    and for less than < samething : &#060 with ;
    maybe they will work better (allthough i don’t know why)

    Edit: the softhyphen set if you want to have an invisible breakingpoint ( &shy with ;) often did not work on Enfold headings or captions – but the
    &#173 with ; will work .

    Guenni007 thanks, this symbol “>” will not work
    BUT other symbols work. so i take a other arrow :-)
    for me its solved.

    But: yes you are right if i try to edit that again – code was changed to the real sign back ! and than the image is gone.
    So you can do it in one turn – and do not edit that caption / slider again. ! strange

    Yes, that is the problem with special characters like that, you need to change them every time you edit the element unfortunately.

    Thanks all for the helpfull feedback. Some time we have to be creativ. I find a better solution– more simple :-)
