    Hey Paul,

    Are they not sending? Can you give more context to the issue?

    Best regards,

    Hi!

    Yes they are not sending any emails at all, we tried several different emails addresses as recipients but nothing.

    Hi,

    Some hosts block PHP forms. Please check with your web host to see if there may not be an issue on there end. If not please return and we will see if we can get this resolved further.

    Hi!

    I have another website on the same host, without any issues. (one.com) Would be strange if it where the host ?

    Hi,

    It is just simply a precaution check as send/receive issues often are due to server settings, especially if no visible errors are being thrown on the front-end.

    I had a problem similar to this one. I had a form that wouldn’t send to my work email, but was able to go through to my gmail. I was able to fix it by calling GoDaddy.

    What they did was:
    1. Go to the cPanel.
    2. Scroll to the Email Sectioin
    3. Click on MX Entry
    4. Select your Domain
    5. Click on Remote Mail Exchanger
    6. Click Change

    And that should do it, but if you don’t want to do it yourself, just call GoDaddy.

    The forms are still not working, even with the plugin, and the plugin test works with php so then it can’t be the server ?

    Hi,

    @ezUpstarts
    : Thanks for the info. I’m sure it will help a lot of users.

    Have you tried the following steps?

    // https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/

    Best regards,

    Thanx for the link, i have tried all the steps without any sucess to get the Enfold contact form to work.. :.-(

    Contact form 7 works, asking wordpress for a new password also works, test mail from the WP mail SMTP works (in php mode) works as well.

    The only thing that does not work is the Enfold contact form, please advice.

    Hi,

    I’m not sure why it’s not working for you. May be there is a conflict with a plugin. Did you try to deactivate all the plugins and try sending the mail?

    If you still have an issue with enfold form we can help you style the cf7 look similar to enfold form. Let us know if that works for you.

    Best regards,
    Vinay
