    I am facing a strange problem with my Enfold/ Woocommerce installation.

    Customers don’t get a email notification after having bought a product. Nor do we get an corresponding mail.

    Instead of the confirmation mail customers see some kind of confirmation within the browser. It looks like basic information of the confirmation email is printed on the screen (see attachemed picture)

    I don’t know up from when this failure occured. It seems that it worked properly until 26.2..

    I made the test with deactivating all plugins,however this didn’t have any impact.

    I checked the problem with my hosting company They didn’t see any mail request in the logfiles.

    Any Idea what to do?

    Hi there: I could solve the issue. Problem was woocommerce germsn market: i had to renew the licence key. after that mail function were working again.
