So far about 10 moderators have given CSS or information on how to fix contact 7 form on my site.
You cannot change the background color, the font color, the size of the form, nothing. The input fields are different colors. Some black some white. Can’t remove white border around the captcha
Looks terrible and unprofessional
I would like this resolved properly as this has been an issue for over 12 monthsMarch 9, 2018 at 6:41 am #924276Hey Darren,
Sorry to hear that you have been having this issue, I would like to help, let me ask when you say that “The input fields are different colors. Some black some white” do you mean the yellow background for the first 3 fields in your screenshot, “name, email, phone” ?
If so, this is the auto compleate of the Chrome browser, Chrome does this to let you know that it has filled in the form. Also when say “Can’t remove white border around the captcha” do you mean the gray background for the whole captcha?
If so, since the recaptcha is loaded in a iframe, we can not change it with css, but you do have the option to use the dark theme, here is how: https://contactform7.com/recaptcha/I have viewed your contact form in Chrome, Firefox, Edge & IE11 and it looks the same in each, please see the screenshot in Private Content area.
Can you please explain what background-color & font color you would like to have it?Best regards,

Yes I see it does perform correctly on Firefox, so I guess I have to put up with the way Chrome displays it.
Thanks for the information :)March 10, 2018 at 3:51 pm #924941Hi,
Glad this explanation helped, Chrome is only showing it to you because you have saved form data, you can clear that data if you like: How to clear unwanted autofill entries in Google Chrome
I see that you were able to use the dark theme for recaptcha, it looks very good now.
For me your site loads well in IE11, try clearing your cache & history and then restart IE11. But note that IE11 is not a modern browser and MS has replaced it with Edge, so everyday fewer and fewer people use IE11. I recommend not putting a lot of time into it.
Is there anything else we can assist with on this issue?Best regards,
