Hello Support Team,
For some reason when I click on the masonry categories on the main page, the posts of the selected category have a weird loading animation, the posts are flying in very strangely from all directions. Also, in two of the categories post thumbnails are being cut and you can’t see them in full, there’s also no load more button on those categories.
Do you have a solution for this problem? I have no idea why this is happening, especially because it was just working fine before
Thanks I advance
March 8, 2018 at 11:52 am #923789Hey anddosssantos,
I’m not really sure what’s causing this issue, is there anything you added on your site before this happened? for example adding a new plugin or updating it, probably updating the theme or wordpress, etc. Can you try disabling all plugins and check if the issue is gone, if it does, please enable them one by one to know which plugin causes the issue.
Best regards,
NikkoMarch 8, 2018 at 12:05 pm #923799Hello Nikko,
We have 3 Plugins activated and I deactivated them, unfortunately, it didn’t change a thing.
I think we updated WordPress and the theme recentlyMarch 8, 2018 at 1:37 pm #923868Hi,
I see, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thank you for the update. We are not sure what’s causing the issue yet but an update of the theme (version 4.2.6) should help . After the update, please deactivate the plugins temporarily then re-save the theme options to regenerate the scripts and stylesheets. Remove browser and do a hard refresh then check the page again.

IsmaelMarch 12, 2018 at 11:16 am #925443Hi Ismael,
Thanks for the support. What do you mean with re-save the theme options?
I also don’t know how to remove the browser (what does that mean) and how do I hard refresh the theme? Thanks for the help!
March 13, 2018 at 7:49 am #925910Hi,
Re-save theme options: change a setting and then change it back, then save.
Remove browser cache: https://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+remove+browser+cache&oq=how+to+remove+browser+ca&aqs=chrome.0.0j69i57j0l4.5794j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
Reload the page: ctrl+r or cmd+r on your keyboard, or just hit the reload button on your browser.
Best regards,
Rikard-

March 14, 2018 at 1:52 pm #926605Hello,
thanks for the explanation!
I tried to update the theme, which is not possible. WordPress tells me that I have the newest version (4.2 it says) installed.
March 15, 2018 at 7:29 am #927095Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. Could you try to update manually via FTP instead please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
