    Hey LindaK816,
    Please check that when editing the page, the Title Bar Settings in the layout block is set to show breadcrumbs.

    OK I made sure that it was selected but the breadcrumbs are still not showing. I have provided temp. login info, in case you need to check. Thank you!

    Hi,
    I logged in and found a few issues, First is that your PHP version is 5.5.22, please ask your host to update you to v7.
    Second, please update the Enfold theme, your version was known to sometimes have a broken shortcode tree, this is where a element or div doesn’t get a closing tag, which we corrected and added the shortcode parser to repair. Yet as your version is old the shortcode parser is not available.
    Third, please try disabling your plugins. I see you are using Jetpack, and in the past there was some odd conflicts, I doubt this is the issue, but lets rule it out.
    When you update, please do so though the update panel, if you have to do so via FTP, please delete the theme folder and then upload the new folder, as the theme structure has changed some.
    Perhaps a backup before hand would be prudent.

    Hi Mike,

    OK so I just checked my Enfold version and I am running on v4.2. It says it is the latest – correct? I also got my php updated to version 7.1.1 and I tried disabling all plugins including Jetpack and none of these helped.

    Let me know if you have any other suggestions : )

    Hi,
    Thanks for that, I’m sorry I was not able to discover what the error was on that page, I was able to copy the page and create a new page that works without the error, please see link in Private Content area.
    Perhaps you could use this page instead.
    In my investigation I disabled the JetPack plugin, and enabled it again, but you may need to check the settings. Sorry.
    Please check the new page and let us know if this will work for you.

    Hi Jordan – yes of course. And also not sure what happened but I added your css from above and it worked. Now I made the new page “Service 2” or page id=3243 LIVE and the extra space has reappeared. ??? I cleared the cache and refreshed the page.
