Hi,
I am using AVL on the shop page but i noticed that filtering products is not working when on the shop page and using AVL.
On any other shop-related page (like shop category page, where i do not use AVL) the filtering is working.
Is there a fix possible for this?See private data

WooCommerce filters work on WooCommerce pages, not on pages built with the Advanced Layout Builder.
Best regards,
VictoriaMarch 8, 2018 at 10:11 am #923691Thats what I said.
Question is if you guys can fix this. Maybe switch over to a woocommerce page when a filter is used in the url.March 8, 2018 at 11:22 am #923752Hi wzshop,
Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Or you can use default editor and default product page and add Advanced Layout Builder shortcodes using the magic wand

If you need further assistance please let us know.

VictoriaMarch 8, 2018 at 11:25 am #923758Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me.
It is not a real big deal to me, but I would say it is for the compatibility of the enfold theme.
The theme offers AVL for shop pages but is not compatible with filtering products. I guess that is not desirable.Greetings

February 11, 2019 at 4:43 pm #1065485Hi,
Sorry for the late reply but I got tagged for this topic today for the first time – and I did not find a report about that in our dev. repo before.
To make it easier for me to reproduce – could you give me a WP admin account for your backend and a link to the page pls so I can have a look?
Thx in advance.Best regards,
GünterFebruary 19, 2019 at 12:49 pm #1068917See PC, try filtering on price.
February 22, 2019 at 2:26 pm #1070341Hi,
Sorry for the late reply – I’m currently working to fix a bug.
As said in https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/woocommerce-shop/ “Custom WooCommerce Shop Overview with Advanced Layout Editor” this is still a beta feature.
Did you make any changes to files or customizations or only
add add_theme_support( 'avia_custom_shop_page' );?
Best regards,
GünterFebruary 22, 2019 at 4:25 pm #1070379Hi,
Thanks for getting back at me.
The provided link is a test site. All i changed, for this testing, is the code you mentioned in functions.php.Greetings,

March 5, 2019 at 2:25 pm #1074879Hi,
I found a solution adding support for the standard WC filters for product grid, product slider and product list. You will find an option for each element to activate the filter support. But that would mean to update 6 files.
Kriesi is planning a release (4.5.5) in the next days. Can you wait?
Best regards,
Günter-
