    The video background of the color section on my client’s homepage isn’t working.
    My WordPress core files and Enfold theme is up to date.

    There seems to be quiet a few console errors. If possible could you try disabling all active plugins to see if this issue resolves.

    I deactivated all the plugins and the video still isn’t playing.

    Hi,

    There’s an error in the console regarding the “mediaelementpalyer” but we are not sure what’s causing it, yet. Please try to re-upgrade WordPress and the theme manually via FTP.
