    Hello Enfold Team,

    I’m on a new website build and I would like to know if it’s possible to make the content of a content slider vertically aligned?
    Ultimately, there will be seven of them and I think it would be neater if they were all vertically centred.

    Attached is a screen grab link, can you please help? Can this be done with CSS?

    Thanks and best
    J

    Hey jonrouse,

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

    Best regards,
    Basilis

    That’s a shame, but thanks anyway Basilis. Maybe I can achieve something through padding.

    Hi,

    Can you give us a link to your site? so we can take a closer look, and try to help if we can.

    Best regards,

    Hi Nikko,

    Thanks.

    I am using the following quick CSS stop style this area – just FYI.

    .avia-content-slider-inner  {
    border-radius: 10px;
    background-color: #1b2328;
    box-shadow: 0 0 20px #54626e;
    }
    .slide-entry-excerpt.entry-content  { padding: 30px !important; }

    The page is actually a test on our main company website, so I can’t change things to much, and will turn this page back into a draft once you’ve looked at it. I can’t make too many changes to the CSS because I don’t want it to effect the live site.

    Thanks for taking a look.

    Hi jonrouse,

    It is not very feasible to align it now, but when you have all the content with the actual height, maybe it will be possible to adjust the text in the container.

    If you need further assistance please let us know.
    Best regards,

    Hi Victoria,

    Thanks, maybe I will reach out again when we’ve begun the build proper.
    At this stage, I’m not even sure if this is the final design of the site, I just don’t like putting things forward which aren’t possible (in Enfold at least!)

    I’ll change the page back to draft and comment that css out for the time being.

    Best
    John

    Hi John,

    Sure, let us know when.if you need more help.

    I’m not saying it is impossible, all I’m saying that there is no one simple rule that will adjust the text in an instance.

    Best regards,
    Victoria
